Shipping & Returns

All pieces are shipped via [service TBD], unless other arrangements are made. If you live in NYC and would like to arrange pick-up or drop-off, pleas contact us directly.

Any piece may be returned for a full refund at any time (a month after purchase or 5 years after purchase), less shipping and handling charges.  Customer must pay return shipping.

If a piece is lost or arrives damaged, please photograph the damaged item, save all shipping materials, and contact us directly.
